Our experience with ibó Adventure Center while going down several canyons has been great, and that is why we recommend them. Matacanes canyon is closed this time a year. This is a rule by Civic Protection and the Tourism Bureau. The season starts March 2008. But if you really have to go to a canyon during this month, we highly recommend Calabozo canyon.
